These are the booking terms and conditions. Customers must be 18+ to book. Passport details must match the passport exactly. Pricing is per person sharing.
These terms apply to every booking made with Albayt Pilgrimage Ltd ("Albayt", "we", "us"). By creating an account, requesting a quote, or booking a journey through albaytpilgrimage.com you accept these terms.
We’ll update them from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the date you make a booking — saved alongside your booking record.
You must be 18 or older to create an account or make a booking. Travellers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian listed on the booking. Mahram arrangements for solo female travellers are handled on a per-trip basis — please contact us before booking.
When you start a booking we hold a seat on the selected trip for 30 minutes while you complete traveller details and payment. If the deposit is not received within that window, the seat is released and may be taken by another traveller.
Confirmation of a booking happens only once your payment provider confirms a successful charge (we use Stripe for all card payments) — not when the form is submitted. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the booking is final.
Passport details must match each traveller’s passport exactly. Incorrect data can lead to visa rejection or denied boarding — we cannot accept responsibility for losses caused by inaccurate information you provide.
You can pay the deposit shown on your booking, or the full trip cost. The remaining balance is due 90 days before departure. We’ll send a reminder.
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we don’t see or store your full card number.
You upload your passport, photo and any required visa documents through your customer dashboard. Documents are reviewed by our operations team within one working day. If we need re-submission you’ll be notified by email.
We use signed, time-limited links for document access — public S3 links are never generated.
The group is led by a Community Ambassador (CA) from departure to safe return. Travellers are expected to follow group itineraries, respect Saudi local laws and religious customs, and act with consideration for fellow pilgrims.
We reserve the right to ask any traveller whose behaviour endangers themselves or the group to leave the trip at their own expense.
We coordinate flights, accommodation, transfers and ground services through carefully chosen partners. Where third parties cause loss, our liability is limited to the remedies available to us under those operators’ terms.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every traveller on the booking.
Cancellations follow the schedule on our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Where we have to cancel a departure (rare — usually for safety or supplier failure) you’ll be offered the next available trip or a full refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Disputes will be heard in the courts of California unless local consumer law provides otherwise.
Our operations team in Santa Ana answers within one working day — in English or Arabic.
